Now I’m in Canada, and unfortunately there’s not much/ it’s just too expensive here, so I’ll go over my options and hopefully someone can tell me what’s up.

I have a titanium kettle which will be fine for boiling water, but I need a pan or two for bacon, burgers, fish, or whatever else we may cook.
I’ve seen a few stainless kits, but they often have reviews stating that they are very thin walled and spotty.
Carbon steel sounds like a great cast iron alternative.
Cast iron cookware is one of the great blessings of vehicle-based expedition travel.
