Snoop's Take

The Climbing Rope 10mm 32Ft by JIUXQT is a high-strength static climbing rope designed for outdoor activities like rock climbing, rappelling, and rescue operations. Made from durable braided polyester, this rope ensures safety and reliability in various climbing conditions, featuring a low ductility design that minimizes elongation during use. Consumer feedback highlights the rope's strong and durable material, with users noting, "It keeps me from dying" while also mentioning that it is easy to undo knots after weight is applied. However, some users have pointed out that the rope can become stiff over time, indicating that it may not maintain its flexibility as well as some other brands. Overall, the product receives positive remarks for its performance and safety but has some caveats regarding long-term flexibility. Based on the feedback, the JIUXQT Climbing Rope is recommended for those seeking a reliable and sturdy climbing solution, especially for outdoor enthusiasts who prioritize safety and durability in their gear.

It handles well and is true to size. It's perhaps not as supple as a Mammut and the sheath is similar in abrasiveness to a Bluewater, but it keeps me from dying.
Have a Marlow 13mm but seems too tight. Any ideas on 11.5mm or 12.5mm.
Found the rope would deform and or stretch which caused slipping.
Easy to undo knots after weight
It doesn’t milk, so it doesn’t start slipping like other 11.5-7mm lines do after extended use.

What climbing rope brands do you prefer? And what length did you go with for your first ever rope?
I have an 80 m, 9.5 mm Mammut crag dry rope and I am very happy with it.
A nice thin rope will climb with less drag and feel nice, but will wear down more quickly.
9.5 is a good all-rounder I think.
