Snoop's Take

The Tune Belt SP2 Running Belt is a slim waist pack designed to securely hold your phone and valuables while you engage in various physical activities. With features like a sweatproof design and a non-chafing fit, this belt is perfect for runners, bikers, and outdoor enthusiasts who need convenient access to their essentials without the bulk. Consumer sentiment around the SP2 is largely positive, with many users appreciating its comfortable fit and secure design. Feedback highlights include remarks such as "Highly recommend, comfy, and no bounce" and "The low-profile, non-slip buckle system won’t rub, cause discomfort, nor loosen after adjustment." However, some users with larger waist sizes found the fit restrictive, noting that "no belt will work well when fully 'loaded' for a half of full marathon." Overall, the Tune Belt SP2 Running Belt is well-regarded for its comfort and functionality, making it a recommended choice for those seeking a reliable running belt. Despite some size limitations for larger individuals, its positive user feedback suggests it stands out in the category of fitness accessories.

Just curious.
problem is, my waist is 52", which you could guess isn't the norm for this sport and I everything I find seems to max out at 42".
Secure fit without twisting
The one that was [on the store](https://twitter.com/amazingracecbs/status/808443153967509504?lang=en) is a Eagle Creek Tailfeather ([this model specifically](https://www.amazon.ca/EAGLE-CREEK-TAILFEATHER-WAISTPACK-MEDIUM/dp/B00OY89K14)) with a custom TAR patch sewn on top of it. [This season](https://www.realitytitbit.com/static/uploads/26/2022/01/GettyImages-1237149254-scaled.jpg), it's a [Eagle Creek Wayfinder](https://cdn.viladomat.com/prodspics/133610/13361002_5.jpg) with a custom TAR patch sewn on the front below the front zipper. See if you can get those models and look up locally for a custom patch store to affix the logo.

Too tight for larger waist sizes

I had the same issue with the flip belt. Felt like I was pulling it back down on my hips the entire run. I switched to running with my FITLY backpack instead (can serve as a hydration pack too). It is the smallest backpack I've been able to find and fits pretty snug.
I knew that the fanny packs looked different this season!
Discomfort due to pressure on the waist
This is a great idea! Thank you for identifying the pack brand and model!

Many users recommend fanny packs for convenience and functionality.
Do you take a fanny-pack? Trying to decide whether to bring a fanny-pack.
they’re very functional. Very useful to keep my phone/earbuds, plus snacks for the day and stuff like weed, chapstick, hand sanitizer, etc.
I LOVE mine. Phone, wallet, permits, snacks, pocket knife, Chapstick, headphones all live in there.
I have a bag on my hip belt, which I guess has a similar function to a fanny pack.
Users prefer hydration vests or backpacks over belts for comfort.
I’ve really loved it and I’ve been using my fanny pack on my long runs to store things like my gels, hand sanitizer, headphones case, and some TP since I don’t like using porta potty TP.
I find them okay. I’ve run a few HMs in them, with a 12 oz bottle. But vests are just more comfortable and have less bounce.
I have some low profile belts but for carrying more stuff I prefer a vest/backpack. I have a friend
Discussion on alternatives to belts for carrying items
I hate any type of bounce, but might just have to suck it up like everyone else and throw my gels in my pockets haha
I'm able to fit my phone into the pocket (I use a Pixel 4a) with a little bit of room to spare.
Has anyone found one elsewhere?

I found the SPI belt performance series (4 gel looks + water resistant pouch) fit my needs.

If you don't need to carry much, I'd recommend the Spibelt!.
Of all the belts I’ve ran with, Flipbelt wins. Stays on my waist, no bounce, very slim and out if the way when I run and workout.
