Snoop's Take

The HK Army Vice Paintball Tank Grip 2.0 is designed to enhance the performance and handling of HPA tanks with its anti-slip feature and one-size-fits-most design. Consumers appreciate the grip's durability, with one user stating, "HK zero G pack has been through hell and back and still holds like its day 1," showcasing the reliability of HK gear. However, some users have raised concerns regarding inconsistent quality control and perceived high pricing compared to competitors, with comments like, "Seriously, though, I don't see how this HK gun is worth $50 more than a Spyder Victor." Overall, despite some criticisms, the product is recommended for those who value aesthetic appeal and brand loyalty within the paintball community.

Positive Feedback

HK gear is relatively cheap and ubiquitous, so it feels like every tryhard wannabe agglet shows up plastered in HK branding.

What it does well!

Key strengths users can’t stop talking about.
Durable and reliable gear
HK zero G pack has been through hell and back and still holds like its day 1.
Appealing designs and branding
The main point is to buy what you like. If you like HK designs, rock them.
Aluminum body is appreciated
It... it sure is something.
Aesthetic appeal of the HK design
the HK one looks a bit nicer :P

Where it needs some work!

Areas to watch—feedback on possible improvements.
Inconsistent quality control
HK gear is relatively cheap and ubiquitous, so it feels like every tryhard wannabe agglet shows up plastered in HK branding.
Perception of copying ideas from other brands
I don’t see the problem with them being competitive with other companies.
Perceived as overpriced compared to competitors
Seriously, though, I don't see how this HK gun is worth $50 more than a Spyder Victor.
I don't see why it's worth $15 less than a Spyder Fenix. Printing that HK logo must cost a lot.
Similarities to other brands' designs
theres a few brands selling this marker under different names
They've tweaked a few things like the milling at the back of the gun, given it 'cocker threads and the *ANGRY EYES* detent covers from the D3FY Vertex, but it's still obviously the same design and almost certainly made by the same OEM.
Basic design perceived as entry-level
Probably a decent choice for beginners that don’t want to spend a bunch of money…

Core Power Plays

The specs and strengths that make it shine.
Discussion about the rubber band feature
neither of mine came with one (one used, one new).....
So I’ve been using it right this whole time!
Recently produced (CD datecode) handguns should come with them.
Discussion about different regulator grips
I think I prefer the exalt to HK grip but I’m open to all opinions.
Exalt was better in that it covered all of the reg and was tighter all around because it had more surface area.
I’ll likely keep the Exalt unless someone has experience with the OEM/XLS and says it’s better than Exalt’s Reg grip.
Any problems? Do you love it or think it’s just okay?
Discussion about various grips and accessories
What pistol grips and Fore grips are “mil spec” Do they use magpul RVG? What type of pistol grips?
I'd say that the KAC "broomstick" is considered
Anything with an NSN number. KAC/P&S/GG&G, tangodown, magpul, stuff like that. As for pistol grips, A2 and magpul stuff is common, Ergo and hogue as well
Basically anything. Magpul K2, BCM Gunfighter, Ergo, Hera Arms, Hogue, all common. Same with foregrips, BCM, AFG/RVG, Tango Down, KAC, Handstop kits of various types. Even airsoft shit has been seen 😆 a lot of guys still rock A2 grips too because it allows for more leverage than the "reduced angle" options, be it a bit less comfy.

Cautionary Callouts

Know the pitfalls before they catch you off guard.
Excitement about returning to paintball after a long break.
I've finally got all my gear after slowly buying everything since damn near Thanksgiving.
Solid all around.
Nice setup! That's all you'll ever need for recball.
I love the color scheme.
Discussion about HK Army's edgy brand reputation
I’ll try my best to summarize it here. It’s too good not to share.
Those aren’t Nutzy emblems.
If the difference is minimal I’ll just get the SP one with a mechanical frame included so I can swap between them.
Shocker Amp help Is the HK Army shocker amp worth the higher price compared to the SP shocker amp? W
Friendly interactions within the paintball community
Every paintballer I’ve interacted with, whether they were in a full ghillie suit or brightly colored jerseys, were all very friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental.
Mention of Milsim in paintball discussions
I haven't played paintball in years, partly because I prefer the Milsim feel of airsoft gear.
Excitement about returning to paintball after a long break
They really don’t do anything.
Value of collectible German pistols
Hope y’all enjoy.
I don’t want to know.
