She’ll pick up a preloaded fork or spoon from her tray or bowl and use it, but then set it down (or throw it!) and wait for me to reload it.
Probably 2ish-2.5 for legit being able to use a fork/spoon properly.
Mine started asking for utensils around 18 months. She knew what to do from watching us, but it’s taken a while to have the coordination to actually scoop food.
Mine is 13 months and really is not into utensils, and 9/10 doesn’t even eat what I preload.
