Snoop's Take

This product is a 32GB 5-Pack SDHC Class 10 UHS-1 Flash Memory Card by Silicon Power, engineered to offer an affordable storage solution designed for cameras and digital devices. It performs the essential function of storing and transferring files at modest speeds, all while carrying the Silicon Power badge. Feedback from the community is a mixed bag. On one hand, users note its value with remarks like “they're cheap and they work,” praising its compatibility and basic functionality. On the other hand, there is vocal criticism regarding its speed and long-term reliability, with comments such as “Not the fastest, but they won't die out of nowhere on you” and strong advisories to avoid the brand altogether. The debate is lively, reflecting both satisfaction with the price point and serious concerns over performance under extended use. In conclusion, while the product is recommended for budget-conscious users and casual photography, those in need of high-speed performance and robust reliability may want to consider alternatives. The expert consensus suggests that if cost is the primary factor, this card can work, but be prepared for potential trade-offs in speed and endurance.

Works well in single‐card setups
I'd say one 128gb is perfectly fine.

Mediocre speed performance
Not the fastest, but they won't die out of nowhere on you.
TL;DR, don't buy products from Silicon Power, they're unreliable.
Never again tho, I'm sticking with Samsung, SanDisk and Kingston.
Reliability concerns and potential failures
If you want something cheap and reliable, get the Teamgroup 1TB.
I notice when I copy/move files on desktop mode, it takes longer than it should.
Most of the bigger card have overheating problem.
Worse comes to worse, I'll put my SanDisk back in because I know it works.

General limitations of uSD cards vs SSDs
The problem is ... they are still uSD cards, not SSDs.

Amazon has a tendency to mix in the counterfeits and genuine SD cards.

Amazon is basically an aliexpress with faster shipping now.
wtf don’t buy nintendo licensed cards lol, not even to avoid fakes.
Sandisk cards from sandisk store will be real…. So will even Samsung.

Cautionary Callouts

Know the pitfalls before they catch you off guard.
Low brand recognition concern
Never heard of silicon power, but being 128gb I'd put it in tf2 and use the SanDisk in tf1.
Warning: Preloaded SD card issues
Those pre-loaded cards are ticking time bombs! Save yourself from glitchy saves, missing settings, and other retro roadblocks by swapping it out ASAP.
Low brand recognition concerns
They make good high-endurance SD cards.
Reliability and warranty trade-offs in Silicon Power products
If the price difference isn't great, I'd get a Samsung or Sandisk.
I always go with silicone power because of the speed and size to cost ratio but have also never had a problem with Samsung.
In the USA the warranty is only 2 years vs SanDisk 10-30(or lifetime in some regions) year warranty.
General skepticism about SD card brand quality and counterfeit risks
SD cards are so cheap, there is really no reason to experiment with brands.
Turned out to be counterfeit.
