What it does well!

Key strengths users can’t stop talking about.
Great price for quality drying towels
Love these drying towels. Great price, too.
Durable and long-lasting
Eagle edgeless towels from the rag company are between $2 and $5 a piece, and I'd imagine they'll last 100 washes at least.
High quality products appreciated by users
Love your products btw.
It says a lot when a company takes time out of their day to communicate with their customers.
In the market for new Microfiber towels looking for recommendations.
I would recommend the rag company over Chemical Guys.
Black towels do not fray and work effectively
I've bought thousands worth of supplies and equipment from them and never had an issue.
yeah, love the black ones. my favorite all purpose towels
Mine so far have been great.
Great value for the deluxe pack
it's a great value and great products.
The Eagle Edgeless 500 are amazing.
Durable and long-lasting sponges
Had mine for well over 100 washes and it still looks brand new basically.
Effective for rinseless washes
If you aren’t comfortable with the sponge, then order some more microfibers from The Rag Company.
Great results with detailing
First engine detail using the rag company ultra air blaster.
Very nice!! Great results!
Reusable with lower cost per use
Cost per use is much lower with a product like this.
It’s a great tool.
Effective tool for detailing
Works good. Doesn't always get everything off.
Soft and effective for detailing sprays
Looking for a must have list of products to get.
FTW is my Favorite towel from there. It is softer than it feels (it’s twist loop) but amazing for things like detail sprays.
High-quality alternative to Walmart towels
Right now the only towels I have are from walmart which are poor quality.
Durable drying towel options
Liked it so much I got a second one.
Great performance with glass cleaning
My Favorite I’ve found so far is ‘FTW’ towels from the rag company.
Great customer service
Great products, but where they really shine is customer service.
High-quality products appreciated by users
My whole set is rag company. No complaints here.

Where it needs some work!

Areas to watch—feedback on possible improvements.
Heavy compared to other options
Too heavy compared to many other options which are usually only 300/400 GSM less.
Easily picks and comes undone
They pick and have come undone way too easily.
Seems as though the loops are poorly attached.
Leaves fibers behind and causes streaking
I saw a bunch of fibers left behind when I dried it. In comparison to a more premium towel I thought it wasnt as good.
Some colors fray and leave lint
That's it, I'm returning that batch too and never buying them again. They suck!
Doesn't always remove all contaminants
If your paint feels rough like sandpaper I would recommend a aggressive clay bar.
Not suitable for heavy-duty interior cleaning
I was sucked into the whole 'great microfiber will give great results' but you don't want to worry about your nice microfiber when your cleaning god knows what out of an interior.
Some towels bleed color and warp
I also find (in my two experiences) that the rag company towels bleed a bit more and shrink or warp when they hand a binding.
