What it does well!

Key strengths users can’t stop talking about.
Strong and sturdy construction
I’ve carried heavy things out of a loft hatch so they are very strong.
Only about £70 and fits in the corner of the van without taking a load of space.
carried many a heavy thing into the loft on them, and never had an issue.
Telescoping Ladder - Yes or No? I need a ladder for cleaning out gutters or getting on the roof to c
Easy to store and transport
I have seen these sorts a lot which seem a lot cheaper and easier to move and store.
Super handy✌🏼
Safety features help prevent accidents
The better ones have air valves so no finger pinches they just collapse done a step at a time.
Mine have gaps between each rung so you can’t crush your fingers.
I have one with small rubber bungs on the bottom of the rung to stop the finger pinching and it’s a very simple yet great design!
Versatile tool holding options
Much less chance of dropping stuff at the most inopportune time 😁😁😁
Also a 1 gallon paint bucket fits in the round cut out on the top.
Little circle is for a little paint can.
Strong support for heavy items
Not for very extended periods but for 15-30 minutes it’s great.
it's stronger than it looks! :-)
Ladder feels safe and sturdy when extended
It's rated for 300 lbs, so even when fully extended it feels very safe and sturdy.
Lightweight and easy to handle
Only downside of the Little Giant ladders is they are heavy.
Convenient tool tray improves efficiency
It makes a huge difference when you don’t have to juggle a paint bucket or screwdriver or whatever while 8ft up in the air.

Where it needs some work!

Areas to watch—feedback on possible improvements.
Potential for finger pinching
The finger pinching potential is high if your taking them down incorrectly but I soon learnt that.
When you do break it down, it's really easy to end up with very sore fingers so be careful on every rung.
User error.
Can feel unstable at full height
They feel sketchy, but are probably strong enough for stuff like that.
By the time you’re at the top when they’re at full extension they’re like Robin Hood’s favourite weapon and flat against wall.
User error can lead to accidents
Yeah I did the same, wasn't paying attention.
Difficult to see tool holding features from the top
That tab for hanging a paint can is on the backside of the ladder away from where your body is.
Risk of dropping tools if not careful
Definitely never leave anything up there and move ladder.
like a rental car - never leave anything behind when departing 👍👍

Curiosity about ladder features and their uses
What is all the holes and hook on the ladder for? Always wondered
Even helped get my paint roller tray hook onto it as well.
Discussion comparing multi-position ladders and extension ladders
the "multi position" (little Giant or gorilla) ladders seem to have come down quite a bit in weight, so they're comparable to a "normal" extension ladder.
in my opinion a little giant will be the better choice for most homeowners because of their versatility.
Extension ladders are way easier to use.
If you want something to use mainly as an extension ladder, just get an extension ladder.
Discussion about the utility of different ladder types
A step stool is also very handy.
I have a multi-position ladder, like your little giant which is awesome for when I need added stability or reach.
