The BCAN 36 Mini Trampoline is an innovative fitness rebounder designed for adults, accommodating a maximum load of 170 lbs. This compact trampoline is perfect for indoor or garden workouts, allowing users to engage in a variety of exercises that promote cardiovascular health and muscle toning. Many users appreciate the affordability and user-friendly design of the BCAN trampoline, with one saying, "It has changed my life and my relationship with exercise and my body for the better." Additionally, the support bar is noted as a helpful feature for beginners, while the trampoline's wider legs provide enhanced stability. However, some consumers have raised concerns about durability, with reports of springs breaking easily during regular use. Based on customer feedback, the BCAN 36 Mini Trampoline is generally recommended for those seeking a budget-friendly option for home workouts, especially for beginners. However, potential buyers should consider the durability concerns if they plan on using it frequently for intense workouts.

I haven't used a Cellerciser or Bellicon, but to pay that much for something as simple as a mini trampoline seems like a lot to me??

Positive Feedback

BCAN busted in like 3 months. I logged a ton of steps.

What it does well!

Key strengths users can’t stop talking about.
Affordable compared to other options
I haven't used a Cellerciser or Bellicon, but to pay that much for something as simple as a mini trampoline seems like a lot to me??
Good size for easy use
The size is good.
Support bar is helpful for beginners
I just bought my first rebounder too! I wish I had gotten a smaller one.
High intensity, low impact workouts
It has changed my life and my relationship with exercise and my body for the better.
Good for incorporating weighted exercises
I find with covid I use it as a warm up for strength days, incorporate weighted vests/ankle weights/resistance bands, do HIIT, do a mixture of bouncing and super controlled body weight workouts and it's incredibly versatile and just -feels- good to do.
Enjoyable workout experience
Seems like I just need to go for a higher quality and more expensive piece of equipment now that I know I love doing it every day.
Wider legs provide more stability
I've been looking at them as I've read that they create more stability, as they're wider than the mat.
Good for isolating muscles during exercises
I personally like just the stick bar as opposed to the arch bar, as I only use it for isolating muscles on certain exercises and can twist the handlebars out of the way for other jumping.
Aesthetically pleasing design
I have a hexacon because it was esthetically pleasing, gave me a lot of extra playroom (i dance on it), compared to just round and I really don’t know if it’s better or not as it’s my first and only rebounder.
Larger size provides more space for workouts
I love my bcan 48". It's my first rebounder but I appreciate the larger size.
That is a SIMPLE Question!! --- The 48-Inch is BETTER — By a Wide Margin!!
Affordable compared to new options
I believe I paid less than that for a new bscan on Amazon shop for deals too much for used!
I just looked at Amazon and they have a 48" BCAN with the bar for 169 and a $40 off coupon, so it would be $129 for a brand new one.

Not durable for serious use
BCAN busted in like 3 months. I logged a ton of steps.
Springs or bungees break easily
I hope it doesn't break! I weigh 126lbs, so maybe it will be fine.
On the cheaper ones I normally replace a spring at least once a week and trash it when the mat stitching starts coming apart.
Springs break easily
My middle schooler uses it daily for jumping and the springs started breaking off of it within a few weeks.
Stability bar becomes loose
the legs to which they're attached are loosening, resulting in the bar being very wiggly.
I am thinking of taking the bar off but I just tighten as best as I can.

Core Power Plays

The specs and strengths that make it shine.
Size of mat vs frame importance
The frame size only becomes important if you might be short on space to use or store or transport it.
General advice on rebounder quality
Most reviews we've had suggest our springs last longer than almost all competitors, but again, everyone's mileage will vary.
Preference for no stabilizer bar
Personally I chose to skip the stabilizer bar, because I have heard that it’s better to learn without it.
Once you get comfortable I find there’s no need for it.

Buyer’s Cheat Sheet

What to check before you click ‘Add to Cart.’
Exploring budget-friendly rebounder options
Which rebounder is good that I should buy without breaking the bank?
Importance of structured workout formats
Rebounder workouts are fantastic. I was completely surprised.
Exploring options for rebounding exercises
Lots of people seem to recommend the BCAN as an inexpensive option, but I’m not sure about the durability.
Budget-friendly alternatives to premium brands
Get the jumpsport or if you want a cheaper one then get the leaps and rebounds.
BCAN is definitely a lower cost option and the bungee system/mat surface may vary based on that.
Comparing BCAN to other rebounders
Kanchimi vs BCAN I'm looking to get an inexpensive rebounder.
These rebounders seem like low quality, cheap rebounders that I know I wouldn't be satisfied with and would probably end up giving up rebounding if that is what I owned.
BCAN has a whole line. The one I have is a bungee type.
Functionality vs aesthetics in choosing rebounders
I don't believe it makes much difference, think about the space where you'll be using it, which would fit best.
Regular maintenance needed for stability
I have a bcan and I have never had the legs loosen at all, but my understand is that in theory it can be an issue with any straight-legged rebounder.
Comparison with other rebounders
My stability bar on the bellicon is loose too. Annoying, also it's not high enough to really use it while rebounding, even when screwed in as close to mat level as possible.
Discussion on value of larger vs smaller rebounders
I like the idea of keeping something from being trashed, so I buy used when I can.
Comparisons to other brands
I am really happy with my Fit Bounce Pro XL which I bought off of their rebound fitness site.
Debate over value of higher-end rebounders versus budget options
I don't want a rebounder that you can get from Target I want one that is designed to perform best for the body.

Cautionary Callouts

Know the pitfalls before they catch you off guard.
Previous experience with other brands
The springs or straps can't be replaced.
Check out our colored 350 pro series, definitely a bit more of an investment but all parts are replaceable, awesome warranty, and she can pick her favorite color or get our PRISM, which is rainbow!
You can often find a high-end rebounder second hand on FB Marketplace if you are interested.
Still cheaper than a gym membership!
Concerns about joint issues and rebounder choice
this is for you.
I needed a firmer landing to avoid it.
Buy whatever you want, always research the product, & then if you really love it, invest for sure!
It gets a ton of use by my kids and it's totally silent.
Concerns about stretched bungees and maintenance
stretching bungees is a great way to break a nail
Mixed reviews on BCAN rebounder
I’ve seen the leaps and rebounder and jumpsport mentioned on here quite a bit.
Concerns about the durability of cheaper trampolines
they are all a waste of money.
Concerns about the structural impact of bouncing on a mini trampoline in homes
I would love to know if he has valid concerns or not.
if you can feel the walls shaking at all whilst you're jumping, best not.
There are people who put pool tables in their bonus rooms. You on a trampoline is not going to cause the floor to cave in.
if there is a lot of shaking that isn't a great sign.
