Core Power Plays

The specs and strengths that make it shine.
Conflicting opinions on pocket design and organization
I do not want pockets, they just use up space and add weight.
Previous backpack couldn't do that. glad most airlines don't weigh your carry on...
It would be super nice if they were modular, so you could add/remove pockets as needed.
Not having side pockets also feel a bit odd: having a place to put a water bottle to the side/random crap like some bags for easy access is nice.
Need for dedicated water bottle storage
I mostly miss a water bottle pocket on the outside.
I have had a can burst inside mine so it is a valid concern.
Convertible and multi-use bag design
Wayyyyy better than the quilted monstrosities of my mom’s generation!
Nappy bags can actually be cool.
They are very happy with it.
Convertible and multi‐use bag design
I use a diaper bag as my work bag (it's a black vegan leather convertible backpack/tote that I think looks pretty classy).
THIS 💯💯💯

Hidden Hero Hacks

Unexpected tricks and side‑door uses you’ll love.
Diaper bag and related design preferences
It’s a diaper bag but is a cute backpack as well.
The quality, the look are amazing and my husband said he would totally wear it too.
I love mine but I would suggest a darker color!
I have the dark green and it never shows stains.

Competitor backpack reviews and experiences
this pack has served me well and will continue to.
Complete irresponsible company and I suggest everyone to AVOID THULE AT ALL COSTS.
I don't think you'll regret a bag from Thule.
it's still going strong to this day.
Airplane seat and carry-on compatibility concerns
100% agree with the under the seat space on the plane.
Never got mine to fit under the seat I'm afraid.
I've always been able to get mine to fit under the seat.
General anti‐theft backpack security advice
A name-brand security backpack screams 'electronics and money inside - steal me'.
My thought is to have an extra layer of safety while moving around, but obviously using a piece of luggage that shouts 'steal me!' might not be the best idea.
A few extra bucks lets me do my thing and be completely relaxed.
I felt safe in crowded trolleys, metros, and buses which was the majority of the time.

Cautionary Callouts

Know the pitfalls before they catch you off guard.
Unexpected backpack encounters
I found a note from one of the floater teachers basically saying 'if you’re ever in the market for a nanny don’t hesitate to reach out'.
Today, I unzipped my backpack and a mouse ran up my arm as I dug for a pencil.
