Snoop's Take

The Hikity 2+64GB Android 13 Double Din Car Stereo is a versatile multimedia device designed to enhance your driving experience with advanced connectivity features and a large touchscreen display. It supports both wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, allowing seamless integration with your smartphone for navigation, music, and hands-free calling. Consumer feedback highlights some challenges, particularly with Bluetooth connectivity and the ZLink app. Users have reported that the unit sometimes fails to connect to their phones, stating, "Basically sometimes the head unit will pick up my phone and sometimes it doesn't." This inconsistency can impact the user experience, making it a point of concern for potential buyers. Despite the connectivity issues mentioned, the Hikity car stereo offers modern features that many users find beneficial. However, prospective buyers should weigh the potential drawbacks against the advantages before making a purchase decision.

I know that 2 GB is definitely not enough but there’s 4GB or 6GB and would the extra 2GB of RAM be worth the price premium?

Bluetooth connectivity issues
Basically sometimes the head unit will pick up my phone and sometimes it doesn't.
Doesn't work on mine, Zlink won't pick up the Bluetooth still, then links straight away when I connect USB.
I’d feel like such a shitty person doing something like that.
Inconsistent performance with ZLink app
ZLink is just Hikity's wireless bridge app for when a phone doesn't want to connect natively through the official AA app.
