What it does well!

Key strengths users can’t stop talking about.
Comprehensive supply for emergencies
Is this what it's like for everyone or am I missing something?
I'm more interested in everyday stuff like plasters, burn gels, antiseptic sprays etc.
I give out like 'booboo stamps' for the kiddos that won’t stop crying without a ‘magic plaster’.
I wouldn’t feel comfortable suturing my horse and we’re fairly close to an equine hospital.
Durable and well-organized packaging
I keep a trauma kit in my car for everyday carry.
The cars have boo boo kits with tourniquets, Israeli bandages, gauze, and quick clot.
all stuff I’ve wished I had on a long ride.
Sufficient supplies for up to 100 people
I usually keep a small boo boo kit with my Altoids tin, couple different bandaids and alcohol wipes are all I’ve needed.
In my work backpack, basic field kit plus purpose stuff for strains, sprains and broken bones.
A tourniquet. It might sound weird, but its a pretty light and compact non-expiring piece of equipment that I don’t mind carrying around.

I just don’t trust them and am looking to put together my own first aid kit and also a trauma kit.
You're correct that they serve different purposes, so keeping them separate is a smart move.
Discussion about DIY first aid kits
You can just make your own. It’s essentially just bandage.
Discussion about additional first aid supplies
Duct tape and diapers- for abscesses but also works well for very large wounds.
Good ideas. I grabbed some abdominal pads in lieu of diapers.
Not sure if this is available where you are, but we have a paste called Emergency 911.
